Location: Nanaimo Neighbourhood Church, 4951 Rutherford Road, Nanaimo, B.C.
Friday September 13th 2019
Friday Evening – 6.30pm – Doors open for General seating
7.00 pm – approx. 9.00 p.m Concert featuring Ali Romanow and The Naked Waiters
*If there are any spaces left in the Saturday Workshops, you will be able to register on Friday evening but spaces are limited in each workshop so we recommend you register early
Saturday September 14th 2019
9.30 a.m – Doors open for participants to pick up their workshop folders
10.30 a.m. – Noon Morning Workshops
12.30 p.m. – 1.00 p.m. Doors will be closed for Volunteers lunch break
1.00 p.m. – Doors will open for participants to pick up their workshop folders
1.30 p.m. – 3.00 p.m – Afternoon Workshops
3.30pm – 4.00 p.m – Doors will be closed for stage set up and sound check
4.00pm – Doors open for General Seating for Open Mic and Sing & Strum led by the Revolving Doors Band
4.30 p.m – 5.15 p.m – Open Mic. or “3 Minute Mic” (one song each so we can fit in all of you who want to play) *Show off your chops at the open mic.
5.30pm – 6.15pm – Sing and strum along with The Revolving Doors. Bring your friends. No ukulele experience, or indeed a ukulele if you just want to sing, needed for a great time. No music stands or any song sheets required as all the songs will be projected onto a screen with an overhead projector. Lots of great door prizes too.
*Please contact us if you plan on playing in the open mic portion of Saturday afternoon
If you purchase your workshop or concert tickets online you will be able to pick them up at the registration table on Saturday, September 14th 219.

If you order tickets online, your PayPal invoice is confirmation of your Registration. No tickets will be mailed out, you can pick up your tickets at the Registration desk at the Festival on Friday evening for the concert and Saturday morning/afternoon for Workshop folders
